Also for any of you guys out there that have played for or play for good teams and have won some good awards if u live in South East of England u can get someone to reccomend u to Millwall recruitment. You have to provide full details of ur playing history and forthcoming games etc. If u go Millwall academy then go to trials and recruitment u should see more information there. I've seen Millwall scouts at Bromley games so I think that's a decent baseline for whether u should contact them.

Fascia is basically a connective tissue that surrounds the muscles and the more Connection you have with it and the more control you have over your body increasing the adaptation rate of the body to training

Look for long term consistency. Start will small easy changes to build momentum. For example swap out chocolate for strawberries with honey. Overtime time get rid of bad foods and implement healthier alternatives. At the end of each week, if you’ve completed a certain number of days eating the good food, reward yourself with something you love. Example, I love chocolate digestives, so if I’m consistent with diet for the week, on the last day I will reward myself with chocolate digestives. I hope this makes sense. I was the same at first for sure. You may feel it in joints as it’s heavy impact but muscle wise as it’s low reps you won’t feel it much, so that’s normal
