I did this. And i must say I love it. It is easy and I don't find it hard while doing but my muscles get sore next day. And i sleep all day. It's super

Omg it's a killer, don't underestimate it. I took three breaks, a slightly longer one after round three 😅😅😅. I was almost guiddy after the work out. Totally not for beginners 😂😂

I usually enjoy your videos but this one had a lot of ads that were placed at really inconvenient times. Also, the first two rounds were right-side heavy- glad I switched legs at the 30” mark. Worked up a great sweat though!

There are ads in the middle of exercises, and I don't like it when instructors speak so much. On the other hand, it's a good way to let out some aggression.
