My husband and I haven't sadly found a church body yet. We went to one church and ended up joining, but slowly the pastor started mixing works with the gosple and salvation wasn't clear. Our hearts sunk as Sunday message after Sunday message he berated the congregation for not having enough faith. Then he misappropriated scripture over buying land (compared himself to Moses and those that didn't comply were disobent Israel). We left. My biscuits are currently burnt on church atm. We are moving here soon closer to Knoxville, Tn. My husband is done with trying to find a church atm. I don't blame him, he has autism and I have medical issues. The way we have been treated at various churchs as us disheartened currently. We read our Bible, listen to praise and worship, listen to sermons almost daily. We once a week see his spiritual mom and fellowship with her with a Bible study. Currently this works.

I have been alone for over 10 years but not really alone just alone when it comes to fellowship there is no churches around me, I invited believers, but they don't come but I will keep trying love your messages your messages help my suffering God bless you and I also pray for you and your family

Are you saved no matter what you have ever done when you believe the gospel or is there something you can do wrong where believing will not be enough to save you?

The first is correct. It’s not your belief that saves; it’s Christ that saves. You’re just believing IN Him, you see? It’s the object of your faith that saves you: Jesus. Therefore the only way to receive His salvation is by faith as He stated in John 3:15-18, 5:24, 6:47 Whosoever believeth! - Trent

It takes more than just believing in God to be a Christian. You have to trust in him. And when you repent, put your trust in Jesus, He sends His Holy Spirit to live inside you. The Holy Spirit is the seal of God, and our evidence we have been born again. He is your helper and teacher. He gives you the strength and power over sin. Once you have received the Holy Spirit, there will be no doubt there is a God, because the Holy Spirit will transform your heart and mind. You will become a new creature. Old habits will pass away, and all things will become new. In Galatians 5:22-23 (Living Bible), Paul explains, “When the Holy Spirit controls our lives He will produce this kind of fruit in us: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control.” The Holy Spirit works in us by peeling away our sinful characteristics and replacing them with godly characteristics. His work in us makes us more and more like Jesus. Just as Acts 1:8 mentions, the Holy Spirit empowers Christians to be effective witnesses for Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit will bring you into a relationship with Jesus. He will give you love and desire to serve God. The Holy Spirit is the key. You must possess Him to be saved. So if you are unsure, and would like to put your trust in Jesus, then simply, humble your heart and pray with faith, I repent of my sins, and I turn to You. You said in Your word that if we confess with our mouth the Lord Jesus,, and believe in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead, we shall be saved. I ask You Father to forgive me of all my sins, and ask You to fill me with the Holy Spirit, and take control of my life. Its not the words, its about your heart. Will pray the Holy Spirit touches your heart, because He cares for you, and He has a special purpose for you. Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Be blessed.
