I don't mind editing his long videos because I think it's good that he has a lot to say. I showed him this behind right after the mv but it is easier for me to split his music video and shooting sketch reaction into separate videos when he talks for a while. Thanks for watching! For future purposes: Which Spring Day explanation video should he react to? (comment the #) 1. bulletproof vibes kzfaq.info/get/bejne/it-VZLJ_q8uvmac.html (shorter and a little easier to follow) 2. Italian ARMY kzfaq.info/get/bejne/fNiEZ8SQq92aoHk.html (more info but a lot of fast reading and content)

Personally, the shorter one. Because when I first knew bts I started with the shorter one. Maybe they can react to the longer one in their own time or maybe they want to do both? But yeah shorter one is easier.

I remember the first few times BTS performed in American TV shows, particularly awards shows. A lot of the comments were fans complaining about the horrible camera work. 😅 Kpop fans are so used to the camera work almost “dancing” with the choreography. The horrible angles and even the panning away to the audience during the “killing parts” are especially frustrating
@theBallisticMystic2 жыл бұрын
Oh my god so true. I started avoiding them out of frustration

Those who say that have no clue what it takes to do those kind of jobs. First of all you need to have patience.
@sukisakain2 жыл бұрын
@@kidjewel1468 True. But the as audience, it is not really your job to do so. Think of it this way, when you go to a restaurant or take a plane or visit a doctor, do you have any idea what they actually do or what they go through? Do you look at a dish that you have had better version elsewhere and say, “the chef must be having a hard time?” No, you just expect that the service is done well and as a client, can express your dissatisfaction. You can criticize the camera work. That is acceptable. What is not acceptable is being rude about it when you do so.
@ArmantoAlex13 Жыл бұрын
Yes, Americans think they are so much more advanced in everything, when they are NOT! When it comes to technology - in anything - videography, cinematography etc., Koreans are far more advanced/superior and that’s a fact!!! And no one is being rude voicing their distaste for the sloppiness of Americans’ entertainment camera skills; The American, xenophobic, ego (not that every American necessarily has one) just doesn’t like criticism or being compared to anyone else, much less another (Asian) country! And I’m not Korean, so I can be justified in MY opinion on that!!

He should see the bangtan bomb of Jimin’s Black Swan solo behind the scenes since he appreciates dance so much
@heathernile47002 жыл бұрын
It is funny that Jimin was the one to state that it is their first time dancing barefooted...if you watch the practices for ON and Black Swan, for example, he is usually barefooted. I think that he was excited that they were barefoot 😉💜 This site is an abandoned opera house in LA, California. They shot both ON (at the aqueduct) and Black Swan the same week during their tour here in the USA. 💜 I would love to see him react to "Save Me" mv and behind the scenes. Their camera man is awesome and "Save Me" is a one continuous shot. (Not counting rehearsal takes) and the cameraman dances just as much as BTS, in order to get the shots he/they needed.💜
@LijenC23572 жыл бұрын
they were actually very surprised that american has working hour rules so it took about a week to shoot the ON MV in California. in korea they would work 20 hrs a day and squeeze the shooting schedule into 3 days. many of their MV only shoot for 2 days, but started about 5AM and finished around midnight. in a 2016 clip, Jin said they normally only sleep 2 hrs a day. and since debut in 2013, their first long vacation was in 2019... after 6 years they finally got a whole month rest. thats why their stuff all so perfect, cuz the dedication they committed. and when the artists show that much enthusiasm, it will inspire the whole team to create their best. and i would LOVE to watch him review their dance choreography vids!! im also couldn't dance but love watch dancing and contemporary is one of my fav. though i love all dance it shows different part of my emotions but contemporary is so close to my deep side. and the beauty they celebrate always touch me so hard. so i think he would enjoy "blood sweat tears" and "fake love" a lot as well. and talk about shooting then have to watch "save me" and and and... omg "spring day". haha there are just so many i would love to see him review. i don't like to watch reactions lately cuz too many reactions were pretty hollow or superficial, praise a lot but dont feel any insightful viewing points, like a meaningless social conversation form people's presented persona. not even from themselves but the image they try to convinced the audiences. and im too old for that. i would like to watch some real people talking. so im really enjoy this man's reaction. it feels realistic and meaningful, and very informative as well, and this is how a good communication should be.

I think you would find ‘On’ the movie’ really interesting from a directors point of view and also ‘Life goes on’ Jungkooks first go at directing a BTS music video. Both great songs as well. The other one of course is the legendary ‘Spring day’, maybe Taylor can explain the story behind this sad but wonderful music video, a must to watch. Of course there are so many to recommend but I think I would love to hear your review of these. Both ‘On and Spring Day ‘ very professionally made, with ‘Spring Day’ expressing the empathy they have with the society issues that surround them. ‘Life goes on’ reflects life within the pandemic and is from the album BE that BTS wrote and produced themselves and so Jungkook did the music video of the title track. These young men are talented plus, plus. Happy viewing. 💜

There is a separate video of the filming of Jimin's solo dance parts in Black Swan that shows his talent, drive and inner need for perfection.... Also. Be sure to watch the art film version.. featuring an interpretive dance performance by Slovenian-based modern dance troupe MN Dance Company, danced to the orchestral version of the song. The video was inspired by the movie Black Swan. This art film version is part of the campaign BTS had to spread their love of different types of art throughout the world... they funded 22 art installations throughout the world as part of a “global project” across five cities. Conceived and curated by Daehyung Lee, the Connect, BTS project oversaw sculpture and experimental art installations in London, Seoul, New York, Berlin and Buenos Aires.

All of the BTS members have always been very involved in the entire process, including monitoring shoots and approving final takes. They always want to show their best possible performances for ARMY, and all of them have something of a perfectionist streak, so sometimes they'll request as many retakes as they can physically perform for in order to get the result they want. If you watch Jimin's solo behind the scenes for this MV, or the behind the scenes for the 3J Butter Remix with Megan Thee Stallion (which I think you'd appreciate the dance feature video for as well) you can see just how much they expect of themselves when it comes to getting things just right.

The way Jeff said it takes days to shoot these kind of MVs however BTS has always been wrapping up tge shoot in 2-3 days for each MV. Same for the photobook/card shoots. If they have costume changes, they shoot one whole MV with one costume on the first day and the next costume the second day. They do a third day only when something has been left out. FYI BTS are the first and only celebs whom I follow and watch behind the scenes consistently. Until today, I thought everyone did it like they do, apparently I was wrong. 🤡

I think he'd really like the camera work for live shows or other music shows. Like just compared to American live performances, korea's camera personnel goes so hard when filming live

I love Jeff’s reactions! I am enjoying watching him go down the BTS rabbit hole & also really enjoy his professional knowledge!!

I absolutely love Jeff’s commentaries… especially when he relates so well and breaks down the behind the scenes videos! I also love how he talks to you (Taylor) off screen while he is actually being filmed…

Hi, I'm from Brazil and I loved your channel. I became a fan and I want to know more of your work. I would also like to commend this video, I've seen many channels reacting to BTS, but it's the first one I see reacting behind the scenes of the MV's, which I thought was great, even more seen by an expert. Keep doing the MV sequence and then the behind the scenes, it will be a differential and we ARMYs love to learn something new. Congratulations.
