Join me for a 20 minute STANDING ARM WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your upper body. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells (today I'll be using my 8lb set). This routine is wrist friendly with no pushups and zero floor work! Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

I started my journey in February of this year at 200 lb and I’m now at 152 thanks to fitbymik and growwithjo videos every day along with a caloric deficit and intermittent fasting. I am the healthiest I’ve ever been in my life and I have you to thank for it ♥️

Loved that there were no repeats, and due to the compound movements, I still felt the burn in just 20 minutes

I really like all your arm workouts. I appreciate your clear explanations and reminders of not to swing it, or arch back, etc. At 66 it is the first time I stick to a routine workout almost daily.

Love this girl! I was average and just turned 39. I wanted to get some definition in my arms and did her 10 mins standing workout (3 sets every other day) and it was a total transformation in about 3-4 weeks! If you stick to it it will work!!! Thanks girl!

I was doing this workout with my middle schooler and he also gasped… because his shoulders were a creeping’ to his ears right when she said it! 😂

Love the arm workouts. I broke my right arm years ago and it is a constant battle to keep my strength up in that arm. These workouts help and I am seeing some definition in my shoulders.❤

This is my favorite workout. I did this thrice a week up until my hip replacement surgery and now it’s been a month and I just began and did the workout seated. Just so you know muscles atrophy and even though hip rehab is a long process workouts like this one keep my upper body fit. Can I request you to actually do a seated upper body workout for people like me who are recovering from injuries?

I am so glad I came across your channel! I had rotator cuff surgery and I'd like to keep my one good side strong. I think you're the only one that has *all standing* upper body. I can't do planks, pushups, etc. Really liked your style- basic but eff moves. This was perfect, perfect, perfect. Can't wait to get better and follow along with everything else.

This workout is AMAZING! I always dread arm workouts because I cannot do push-ups…I absolutely felt this workout but was able to keep up and get through the whole thing. DEFINITELY adding it to my routine!

First time viewer. Loved, loved, loved. Just the right intensity. Like the fact you don't talk all the way through the video. You show the move and then let actions speak louder than words. Also a fan of the timer. Just when you want to stop, you see the counter and think to yourself...I can do 5 more seconds. Will definitely check out more of your videos.

Such a great workout. It has great and doable moves. I wanted something a bit longer so I just did this twice!!!!!! I'm gonna add to my weekly rotation. I started with 5 pounds but I will gradually increase the weight. Thank you!

Great arm workout. Love the format of your videos. The instructions at the beginning of each exercise help me to improve my form. Your comments about things that I might be doing incorrectly are always spot on. The clock in the corner keeps me motivated. Thanks for helping us get stronger!

i’m 16 and in the last few months i have struggled with pre-diabetes. my a1c levels were thankfully not too terribly elevated, i was at a 5.9 i believe, and lowered my a1c to a 5.4 in about 2 months. however, i recently had some bloodwork done for unrelated reasons and my a1c is now at a 5.6. it’s normal, but almost at the cusp. i want to do this workout all summer break in hopes of gaining some confidence that i never had before, and also to lower my a1c. starting today i am 220-ish but i hope by the end of summer break i am around 175!
