☞ Another Article stating that fiber does not show strong evidence in preventing constipation or colorectal cancer:
Dietary fibre: academic.oup.com/bjs/article/...
☞ Calcium Video: • Video
In this video I explain how to cure constipation naturally with 2 nutrients. Furthermore, I explain why a lack of dietary fiber is not causing constipation and the difference between soluble and insoluble fiber. I think that there is large percentage of the population, if not all, that are suffering from a mild constipation without knowing it. Increasing thiamine (vitamin b1) and magnesium glycinate is vital for every single person, because they are usually deficient in every diet.

Since childhood I've suffered from diarrhea, constipation, cramping. My father and my dad's mother also had severe gastro issues, like mine. I'm 84 now and have been under the care of a gastroenterologist for over 40 years. As you suggested, I started taking Brewer's Yeast and Magnesium about a month ago and my diarrhea, cramping and constipation have disappeared. I'm eating again and am able to walk, exercise and work in my garden again. Thank You...Thank You Sir Lancelot.

Three things tell me you are talking tripe, you need to get your money back from whoever tried to teach you nutrition. Humans are NOT carnivores, might have been in caveman times, and highly unlikely to ever be again. You are a NECROVORE. You had IBD? You must be a medical miracle because it's considered manageable, but not curable and many end up with colostomy bags. You probably had IBS. Fish are not good sources of omegas, they are full of heavy metals, sewerage and even anti anxiety medications, depending where they were caught. They get their omegas from algae and plankton. So instead of encouraging the further rape and pillage of the oceans, why don't you recommend that instead? And us on whole food plant based diets do very well thank you very much, better than most necrovores and vegetarians. There are very few with dietary restrictions who do not flourish on a WFPB diet. Hopefully humans will evolve one day from their self centred, me, me, me outlook, open their eyes, see what happens in animal agriculture, and leave the masses of the brainwashed pretty pretty humane myth believers, who have never seen what goes on out of the public eye.

Excellent! Thank you so much! It is so ridiculous that so many doctors on youtube advice us to take fibre. I took Chia seeds for two days and i literally felt exploding, not such a nice feeling. Fibre is good but not when you are constipated. After that experience, when i watched another videos about constipation i started to use my common sense and logic, even if i am engineer. This is only the second video from dozens of videos i watched where is said NO fibre! Seems logic to use vitamin B1 and magnesium, even if it's not a size that fits all. Thank you again and i can't wait to see your videos!

Excellent lecture. I went through this issue until I stambled into an English Dr. talking about various issues about Thiamin: Vit. B1 . To shorten my story, his lectures showed me the way to deal with my severe constipation. After consedering all lectures, I then learned to manage my problem. Now 1.) supplement daily with Glycinate- Magnesium 300 mg, high Vit.B1 400mg, my home made fermented pork or fermented cabbages ( laotian tradional dishes ) + CodliverOil. (2). I maintain my hydration and reduce coffee intake.

However made me so dehydrated and caused electrolyte imbalances that while Travelling long distance i use to feel sick. Pain in chest area- like palpitations or idk. I couldn't understand. It was ice chilling feeling in the heart/stomach area. Idk if i wanted to throw up or not but made me v sick. Until i take electrolytes solution. The explanation might be a little off since my mother tongue isn't English.

As a 70 year old the only time I require a laxative is preparing for a colonoscopy. I enjoy a high fiber low carbohydrate diet as a type 1 diabetic. My routine includes walking at least four miles daily. Only eat red meat on special occasions. Fish is my favorite protein. Get a bit of protein from the collection of raw nuts I eat daily. Love combining four tablespoons of whole milk fat yogurt with 3/4 cup of fresh blueberries for breakfast along with a bowl of cooked rolled or steel cut oats. I get plenty of magnesium from three bowls of lentil soup weekly. Be well and don't touch any super processed foods including beverages.

It is so much worse when it reaches the exit but for some reason does not…eh..exit. I am 71 and I have experienced this only twice. Once when it was like ceramic (THAT WAS SCARY but not too painful). The second time I could feel movement but it never dropped. The fingers found it to be clay like and compacted to the front. ( Scary indeed. The stuff was trapped and very painful. I could hardly walk. I Hope nobody reading this ever experiences this. An enema combined with a lot of warm water helped but once I realised the solution it took another hour or two for relief. The whole battle took from 8am to midday. Drink water daily.

I know exactly how u suffered. I have endured this problem my entire life. Am in the middle of a bout with it right now, while recovering from RSV. Soo painful. Sometimes it just feels like that door is CLOSED and nothing will open it. I am 85 years old and still haven’t found a solution. As soon as something works it will stop after a few days. Magnesium citrate used to help but no longer does. Good Luck to you, me and all sufferers.

@@virginiaseidita546you can get 'suppositories' from the pharmacy for constipation, it's like a little pill that you poke into the compacted zone and hold it in there as best you can, it starts to dissolve in about 15 minutes then you can let it go😅 phew. There are kids size and adult size suppositories

@@debe-ol6cg Thank u for caring to answer. Would u know the name of it? I use glycerin suppositories. They only work once in a while. When u just need a nudge. I believe the answer is to jump into action right away. If I let one day pass I am in trouble. I have started taking warm prune juice and so far it has helped.

He is right but most people seem to attribute constipation to bad bacteria in the gut due to unhealthy lifestyles these days. The nutrients he mentions is point blank good for your generel gut health which surprisingly many people seem to lacking in these days. So i guess the POA will be to underline what issues you have with your gut in terms of its health to narrow down the real "culprit" while making sure to supplement these nutrients irrespective for your gut health especially if there's a deficit of these nutrients in you.

Unless you overdo it you should be fine, but it doesn't supply you with as much magnesium as glycinate. The citrate increases gut motility, but as soon as you take more to match your magnesium needs you will most likely get diarrhea. As long as you are fine with it, you can take it

Google Mg Citrate and bowel/laxative dependence. Safe but maybe take break every 2 wks from any laxative type product. Check with MD to make sure you don’t need a colonoscopy to rule out physical issue incl redundant colon.

Hi does brewers yeast have gluten in it? I’m an ex bodybuilder and now suffer osteoarthritis, so I have had to take Diclofenac which constipates m so I take fiber and stool softener, I try to get off of the Diclofenac but then I can barely move. At 65 years old my only chance of living life to the fullest would go on steroids and my loved ones don’t want me to risk it. Hormone therapy is a option. I deal with constipation. I experimented with a slight change in diet. I ate Bread, rice, ribeye steak and mushrooms. I was constipated. Another day I ate the same meal but only had the steak and mushrooms. I had an insane amount of energy and no constipation. I really believe the bread cuts absorbtion. I'm gonna try keeping steak and mushrooms for the long term and see how that fixes my bowels.

Thank you for your comment. I'm sorry to hear that. From what it sounds like: gut disbiosis. That's why so many people go low carb like keto, carnivore these days. Sugar/Fiber feeds gut microbiome, but when there is an imbalance it will make the imbalance worse. I recommend that you include a high quality probiotic into your diet, going to upload a very important video on a drink for that soon.

@@vincev4630 Oh yes, definitely get a stool test. If you want to eradicate the worm "naturally" you could do Oregano + Berberine + NAC. Should take care of that. Still, if you don't reintroduce good bacteria these issues will come back in the future.
