Like why we turn our body to create that wine up, (finally understanding what ppl meant by breaking force) and power positions of 90 or lower (which I never knew at all) so thx u 👏 glad to have found this yt channel (only a couple years back saw your vids rarely here and there, but I finally found your channel)

I’m a right hander but i have a left-right approach (usually if you’re a right hander, i’d assume your correct approach should be right-left? Which puts you right hand behind your body allowing you to use both your body and your left hand to guard the ball) but the thing is i can’t do a left right approach. This isn’t much of a problem, for me, when it comes to basketball but i want to play volleyball and in order to play volleyball, i need a right left approach. Anyone has any tips for me?

Long penultimate is not necessary. There are many clips of baby penultimate, as long as the player prepares by 1- applying braking force/turning 2- bending forward to pop the chest up 3- arms back to swing up If they have these three on the penultimate, they don’t need a long jump penultimate
@trust1423
