Frederick Irving Herzberg was an American psychologist who became one of the most influential names in business management.
Herzberg proposed the Motivation-Hygiene Theory in 1959 in the book ”The motivation to work”. The theory is also known as the Two factor Theory of job satisfaction.
Herzberg's "two-factor theory" is a motivation theory. It looks at workplace conditions that affect employee satisfaction and motivation. The theory is often used in connection with Maslow's hierarchy of needs.

Herzberg proposed the Motivation-Hygiene Theory in 1959 in the book ”The Motivation to Work.” The Theory is also known as the two-factor Theory of job satisfaction. Thank you for your feedback. Correct - All our movies speak at a pace that many people can easily see and hear at a higher pace. We recommend setting the speed to 1.25 or 1.5 just like you. When you want to use subtitles in the movie speed 1.0 is better. We hope you tell others and subscribe to our channel
