Woah. Do you really teach like this in person, executing the whole lesson along with your students? But how do you give corrections to the students,then? And what if you have eight lessons in a day?! 😱

This was a one off event with the media involved. I also had one of my teachers moving around the classes giving corrections. In my studio I mainly do equipment privates and only really teach in a group setting when I am teaching a group of teachers.

I love Hundreds Prep; I find it as challenging as Hundreds, because I have to work hard to keep the abs in when I bring the arms over the head. In Upstretch, what should the shoulders be doing? Do I press them out towards my ears; or pull them down (“shoulderblades in pockets”)? Thank u for any tips u can share. Loved the workout!
