Fruits not to be consumed after 5 pm that is after sun set even Dr and nutrients say? Please confirm whether we can take fruits, if so what fruits can be safely taken and what fruits to be avoided. Hi Ma'am, for people with rheumatoid arthritis it is always better to avoid foods that cause or increase inflammation like foods containing trans fat, refined carbohydrate, refined sugar, fried and processed foods. Hi Ma'am, Surya namaskar is one of the best exercises, but overdoing it may damage your body as a result of injuries. Start it in small numbers and as your stamina improves gradually increase the numbers.
