I've received a lot of requests for a video on my diet, nutrition and what I eat. So here's a full day of eating with 5 simple guidelines on nutrition for muscle gain and an athletic physique.
I take you through my hydration routine, how I make my coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I've also included different elements of my day, like my morning routine, training session (primal movement and kettlebell strength), and a few other moments throughout my day.

Excellent content 👍🏼. Really informative. Other bodyweight athletes like Al Kavadlo follow a similar diet, but with less veg and no grains

Lot of thing to ask and say! -First of all I would love a video about Your gym équipements and how you use them, despite your Kettlebell I saw the bat clubbell and the bag or the parellete and I would love if you can make workout video. -Sausages 😳 I dropped 20Kg 44 Lbs of weight in a matter of year, but for that I had (and still do) to control everything I eat, I totally changed my diet I only eat what earth can produces and eliminate any source of fat and proceed food, sugar and fat, and those kind of sausage all at the meantime. -I love to eat apple in whole, I even eat the seed and I even nibble the stem

True. It's a high oxalate food and really hard to digest. Savoy cabbage or broccoli or cauliflower are better choices

Sausages and powder proteine are highly processed and definitely not healthy. It is also not good to eat fish and red meet at the same day. Additionally, why don't you consume raw olive oil? 🤔

I Love your work and I have been following you for some time now. I love BJJ, yoga, and animal flow running/swimming and I recently started Calisthenics. In General, I love movement. Not happy with the food you propose here. It is not necessary to kill and torture animals to get the good stuff we need. I am 9 years whole plant-based, training almost every day . I am healthier than ever. Please do your research on processed red meat. (The World Health Organization (WHO) has classified processed meats as a Group 1 human carcinogen, which is any substance known to cause cancer.) I am sending you my comments with respect and appreciation. Keep up the good work brother. With love and gratitude from Greece.

It's hard to believe that you get those muscles just with stretching and natural infusion, I think that when the camera goes off he runs to a gym and spends the whole day there... sorry But seems unreal...

The animal movements stuff he does is very muscularly taxing. If you look at the founder of Animal Flow, Mike Fitch, he's also quite muscular. Add on top of that kettlebell work, etc and I can see why this dude has a good physique
