Well, well, well… Everything finally came together for me to catch Norfolk Southern’s Lehigh Valley heritage unit. Up until this point, I was busy every time it came to New Jersey, either with school or work. I had heard that the Lehigh Valley became stuck in the 62V/63V power rotation, so I felt everything would fall into place. Sure enough, here it is, leading NS 63V in Bound Brook and Manville on the night before Easter on home rails. Would it have been nice to see this thing in daylight? Sure. Regardless, I still saw it, which leaves one more NS heritage unit that has escaped my grasp: the pesky Central of Georgia.
