Falling is an important skill also beyond martial arts practice. I strongly recommend these exercises and other types of movement practice on the ground and transitions between standing and squatting and prone positions as they are very good for health, mobility and strength.
Falling practice can be good for the mind as well, as it prepares you for impact and helps you understand that whenever you fall, you always get back up!
