Nice setup man...in your description the calf machine leads to a body solid full size calf machine. What is the brand of the small one in your video ? Seems quite compact and effective. Thanks

You can do assisted pull ups on your functional trainer if you clip a strap or bar to both cable ends then step or put your knees on the strap and start doing pull ups, it’s a little shaky but I use a 3 inch wide tow strap that I sewed two D-rings on both ends.

Yeah I have an attachment that lets you do that. I’ve never actually used it, but seen it demonstrated.

Matt Tolbers your back will grow more from pull ups and assisted pull ups than from lat pull downs, don’t know why just what all the pros say and what I’ve felt

Yeah I started doing pull ups again lately, they definitely work the back and arms more then pull downs. Now that you mentioned it, after doing as many pull ups as I can do regular I may jump over and finish with assisted pull ups to really get a burn and good workout.

@@MattTolbers Dude, I can be a bit of a speeder. In Sport mode, I can chirp my Michelins and I have a bed liner and a bed cap plus tools adding weight and it's still stock! There is a governor so it tops out at 104/105 MPH, but it gets there relatively quick. It's relatively sure-footed (on a straightaway) and you can (but shouldn't) be in 4x4 at high speeds. One time I raced a Porsche in the rain... He gave up even though his car could double my speed. KIDS: Drive safe. I've spent thousands on fines and had my license restricted. It's not worth the risk to yourself and others. It's also a bad habit to break (literally an adrenaline addiction) so best to never get into it. I'm much better now but wish I hadn't gotten into reckless driving. Find a racetrack if you have a need for speed!

Thanks bro! I have a few sources of income, but my main one still is driving for UPS. They pay about 100k a year and amazing benefits. Highly recommended anyone looking for a good job to get in there. I get payed to drive around listening to audio books all day :)

@@MattTolbers Matt Tolbers Must be very expensive. And also a pain in the ass to park that thing? I have bought a smal car for myself (very sheap) and i am very happy with it. And to park that thing is also very easy.

I got a pretty good deal on it. And it’s not hard to park at all. I drive for UPS so it’s tiny compared to driving those all day

Yeah I’m a pretty happy person in general, so it may come off funny at times. I’m glad the videos are helping, many more to come. I drive for UPS and it’s been stupid busy since the virus and nobody wanting to go to the store so they order. I’d like to get up videos more often but hardly any free time. Can’t wait till things calm down

@@MattTolbers No doubt. I've had the UPS man busy where I live. Ive gotten quite a bit of Rogue stuff, all of which I ASSUMED woulda came via freight but they're breaking up all my orders and delivering ground on UPS. Not sure why.
