This recipe is so versatile, you can swap out the spaghetti filling for meat or veg, and add all sorts of toppings (breadcrumbs, cheese, herbs and spices...). The food i cook improved so much watching Gennaro i made a restaurant. Hes not only a great cook, he has such energy and specially such a great sense of humor! Im thankfull for the opportunity of watching him and learning from him. This recipe reminded me of hes "silver fish parcels" recipe from 9 years ago, which i made and its delicious!

I would put the mozzarella( the one inside) on the bottom so that it would come to the top after it is turned over it would melt through the spaghetti

you can do so much with pasta bakes, the other day I even made a rice bowl and used roasted eggplant as a topping, it was delicious :)

Gennaro Hi! We make it with meatball in the middle, not pasta. And it's called Kürdan Kebabı (Stick Kebap). Because in order not to scatter, we stick it from the middle. So its name is Kürdan Kebabı. Bye bye, you're so nice person. I also love planes.

I was (a long time ago) in Italy and got a Lasagna with melanzane, but it tasted like funghi porcini!!!! Is there a recipe for that??? Can anyone help?
