I agree! I love her videos. Super relaxing; she describes the movements well and they are challenging. I feel the burn and also very relaxed and energized at the same time afterwards. Love her classes 💗😊

I new to yoga and can't do some. But I love her. I watched more but do like them as much. Why i can do some 8x strokes survivor with very bad balance i can't do the same up thing. I do have use of my limbs.

Normally I hate Yoga, I don't do yoga, I don't believe in Yoga. Yesterday, I was kind bored after finishing my sport, so I tried this one... Wow.. Damn this was crazy, I loved it. I was sweating, My stomach was feeling so soft and free, my backside was absolutely relaxed.. I love It. What's so interesting was, after finishing it, I had to run to the bathroom very fast. Thank you dear for changing my mind thinking of YOGA. I LIKE.. ;) Greetings from Germany ;)

As someone who is totally out of shape and recovering from a hip injury your practice is wonderfully gentle and easy to follow. At 60 starting to try and get back into the flow of yoga practice is dauntingly hard. Thank you for sharing. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Namaste 🙏x

With this and one other routine of Selena's, I have lost 9 kgs in 9 months. And this is without any diet control. I am down to size M from L. My main goal was not to lose wait but to bring a sense of regilarity during the COVID lockdown and care for myself in general. It is so rewarding and has increased my confidence by a lot. here's a few suggestions for yoga for reducing weight Find a reputable program locally or online and stick to it Do yoga with a friend so you have another person to encourage you (I learned these and why they work on Yaras Yoga Tactics site )

Good morning SANELA, I'm so excited. I wrote another KZfaq author SofaBar to thank her for her videos. I wanted to thank you as well. You've definitely made me more agile & added great strength to my body. You're my go-to video when I want to challenge my body with resistance training. My body feels so unbelievably relaxed. My intestines are more stimulated after I complete your routines: HERE'S COPY OF MESSAGE SENT TO SofaBar: I've incorporated a total of 4-5 of your videos, which I use both in the AM (B4 work) and in the PM (B4 bed). Now, I can turn in my bed w/o deep pain. I've also noticed my stance & walk is more graceful....like a dancer. I'm more conscious of my posture when I walk; therefore, I don't limp as much. My legs feel stronger to carry me. You can imagine how great this feels after suffering two strokes last year. I practice with 4-5 other yoga, dancer, Pilates, gymnasts instructors. All you ladies have made an impact on my body's recovery, so I thank you all. CELESTE

I used to do Yoga consistently for almost a year and then life happened and I couldn't do it as much, But today, I started again and this video was exactly what I needed to jump back in. My body could still do some of these well, but a few were challenging, but i made it through! Thank you

thank you sanela I think your great easy to follow. I suffer from CIC (chronic idiopathic constipation ) this flow helps a lot. I practice this exercise 4x a week. I also do a variety of other videos concentrating on my core. you are with me 7 days a week right in my living room. thanks again

Thank you so much for this routine, I had a wonderful time using it for the first time today. I even managed to stay breathing and relaxed as my baby crawled over or under my twisted positions. My spine felt nice and relaxed and my abdomen was tightened slightly and yet very warm with finishing. I really liked that your voice is soothing and that you reminded me to smile. I just got my yoga set today. Alarm set for 5:30 am.....I'm going to do this in the morning before work. Listening to your voice is great meditation. Definitely need it before work.

This is my first time trying yoga through a video and it was amazing. I have always been a bodybuilder but I find that I’m too stiff. I have never sweated so much in such a short time when lifting weights. Thank you so much for making this so easy to follow along. God bless

Thank you so much. Woke up after sleeping really badly, up late. My stomac was puffed up and a bit nauseated. After this set and sat kriya, breath of fire with #meditativemind solar plexus healing music, I not only felt better but had to go the bathroom. You're also so very grounded and sweet. Are you a dancer, thinking of arm movements? Also glad for more black people in the yoga community, you,ve been missed.

Beautiful session. I do what I can. Used to do a lot of yoga in my younger days but not so flexible now at 76!! My only point is that when doing poses with the head down I feel the need to keep looking up as I can’t hear too clearly when to change. When the head is down the sound is even more muffled!!! Thank you though for this calming session.
