Can you guys please explain what the inside walls mean? The sensors says install on an inside wall and I'm very confused by this terminology.

if you have only one sensor, and that sensor is the only one prioritized, will this be the only temperature the thermostat pays attention to? Or will it still be averaged between the base unit and the remote sensor?

Hello TC, if you select as well to prioritize the room where the thermostat is, then it will be an average. If not the temperature will focus on the prioritized sensor. Feel free to contact us at 1-800-633-3991 if additional questions or concerns arise. We'll be happy to help. - Laura

So thermostats take the average temp from all the sensors and then sets the heat right? This means if you have three rooms on 1 zone and one of them is cold you going to end up having two rooms super hot and one room with temp just ok lol

Hi, the thermostat will average the hot or cold spots in your home to provide a more consistent temperature. -Joey

I tried to use Active Rooms because I wanted motion to activate that room. It keeps switching back to Selected Rooms whenever the schedule changes to Sleep, Away, or Home. So we have to keep going back and selecting the Active Rooms choice over and over again. What’s the point of a smart thermostat if you’re having to interact with it so much? Even once a day is too much for a smart thermostat but here we are doing it numerous times a day because it keeps forgetting the Active Rooms setting.

Hi, We suggest confirming the desired rooms are selected from the scheduled period. 1. Open the schedule from the app. 2. Select a period. 3. Select priority. -Joey

@@honeywellhome is it that hard to add a simple feature one click follow the schedule for this room instead of clicking each time per schedule, it’s not very smart thermostat or sensor

Log into my account? Why the need for an account to access my own my network to control my temperature? Ridiculous! No Apple HomeKit support for one of the most popular device platforms in smart home automation? Talk about none starter from multiple fronts.
