In this video i go through mounting all of the accessories on the motor like the alternator, modifying the ac compressor to work on the hemi jeep and mounting the power steering pump and installing the pulley. Relocating the steering on the jk just fallow how i do it in the video and you should be golden hope this helps you get your hemi engine accessorized and mounted in your jeep

Are the wires labeled or are they running straight from the power steering and ac

They are straight forward were to plug in once the harness is in the vehicle

what transmission and transfer case did you use

The auto transfer case and stock nag 1 from 2015 work fine just need a nag 1 5.7 hemi bell housing and bolt it on front of tranny

Where did you come up with that power steering pulley part number? It doesn't look to have any clearance issues on your build, but it's diameter is about 0.6" larger that the BOMs I've been working from. Depending on the engine used for the build, it could cause problems. In mine it leaves about a millimeter between the pully and the tensioner Thanks for all the great content I've been referring to here. You gotta do everything with one hand and make me feel like an amateur? 😋

Hey man! The pulley is the part number for a 2012 dodge ram which is mated to the 2012 dodge ram steering pump. Im using the truck hemi are you using the car one?? The timing cover sits a bit different

@@ghostlyrich Correct, I'm swapping in a Grand Cherokee SRT and 8HP. I've had a number of schedule and financial setbacks due to incomplete or erroneous info. The BOM sent to me matches the PS pump and pulley you used as well, but there's no way to make that and other things work with other parts in the same BOM. Being an engineer, I've got spreadsheets filling up with detailed specs that I'll have to put out there to fill in a lot of big holes. Hell, I've got nearly enough inventory for a second build version now. Appreciate all the videos, keep 'em up!
