Made with glutinous rice ball cooked in sweet coconut milk, and to make it more special, jackfruit is also usually added.
Ingredients:
2 cups glutinous rice flour
3/4 cup water
yellow food color/flavoring
ube flavoring
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup coconut cream
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp fine salt

Try ko yong puto but 1 cup tubig, rice overnight plus 1/4 cooked rice; salamat now ginataang bilo- bilo; shhharap :-) from(mlou) Juneau, Alaska USA
