Ginger Onion Chicken 姜葱鸡肉 Simple and Quick Chicken Recipes
Hey everyone, welcome back to g8stromania. Today we will be sharing with you guys a simple and delicious recipe that is perfect for a single dish meal: Ginger Onion Chicken or 姜葱鸡肉. This is a really simple dish to make with only 4 ingredients. Top it up with an egg for the perfect lunch or dinner.
For this recipe you will need the following ingredients
250g of chicken
1 thumbsized young ginger
Half an onion
4 spring onion bunches
Seasoning for chicken
1 tbsp soy sauce
0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
0.5 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp Corn starch
Steps:
1. Process chicken, make sure you remove the tendons.
2. Marinate the chicken for about 30 mins or more
3. Fry aromatics
4. Add in the chicken and some water
5. Reduce sauce and thicken.
6. Serve
