【Gluten Free】Rice Flour Egg Steamed bread|Non-Oil|No steamer|Easy to make in a frying pan|Psyllium Free

100g rice flour (Mizuhochikara)

20~30g Sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk

100 g Oikos Yoghurt
(You can also use soy milk yogurt...but in that case, use the hardened part as much as possible)
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon (about 3~4g) Baking powder
(Be careful not to use old one as it will not puff up)
