@@pocketpj2722 people who say they hate grapefruit are eating it wrong. Look up the right way and try it, you're supposed to peel the skin/membrane off on each slice, exposing the fruity little nodules. You don't eat the slices whole like an orange. Thanks

“Culinary arts”. The 4 year degree is an arts degree. As a chef with rather limited experience in the industry, merely 6 years, I can say without a doubt that all of this man’s creations are art. I don’t nearly have the patience nor skill to pull off what he does. Definitely inspiring

My son walked in and I said look at him creating the most beautiful pieces of artwork using food products and tools like a mechanic 👨🔧 ❤. This man is not just an artist, a content creator, a master, he is also a mechanic and a magician using his tools to create magical foods in this awesome wonderland !
