Amy, you know everything you share, all of your tips are bible in my opinion 🫶🏼 Meal prepping is a vibe and a must to keep me in check. Your recipes today look delicious. Healthy yet packed with flavor. That's my way of cooking. Stir fry has been my go to when i want to switch up my meals. I have one recommendation for you on a GF pasta that's 20 calories per serving. The brand is called Simply Natural. Its a Hearts of Palm pasta that cooks in 3 mins as well. Mix it with your seasoned meat and veggies or add to soup. So good yet lite. Chef's kiss. I buy it at Aldi's. Idk if you have one in Canada but the brand is sold in many stores. It allows me to portion my food with mostly protein and stay within my calories. TFS Girl. You look amazing 👍🏼🙌🏼🤍🤗🍽🍜

It’s the colour I’ve been looking for ❤ also the coconut aminos you mentioned in your video which store can one find it at?? Thank you for subscribing ❤️ it honestly depends what I’m making! In this case, I planned on eating these meals for the next three days so I kept it in the fridge! But if I’m making breakfast sandwiches or breakfast burritos for example, then that’s something that I would pop in the freezer if I don’t plan on eating in the next three days!
