The cauliflower patch gets its second side dressing of fertilizer and the plants get hilled. I also harvest my last planting or borlotti beans and provide an update on my next broccoli planting.

G’day Ant, That’s some fantastic looking corn, hope it tastes as good as it looks! Just finished preparing and resting my patch for the winter veggies. Still too hot here in Perth for most winter veggies but the garlic will go in soon. Cheers mate Anthony

Hi mate yeah I planted my brassicas in mid Jan like last year but it seems that summer has been hanging around for a while and I am having to constantly shade the plants and water. It’s just starting to cool now so I’m hoping not to have to shade them anymore. I will also be planting my garlic before Easter

Thanks for watching. The footage on the caulies was about a week old so the plants have really shot through and small heads are starting to show I will try to film their progress for you and post it in the next few days so you can see how they are going

Great video Anthony can you show us the insect spray that you use and when can we buy it from Much appreciated.

I mate i use pyrethrum mostly as it is a contact spray not a poison and is very effective on caterpillars. You can get it from Bunnings though I have a bulk container that I got from a local nursery. I am actually making another broccoli video at the moment and I will share the details
