here's a few suggestions for treating sciatica at home : Try Chiropractor Spinal Adjustments. Use Yoga and Stretching. Use Acupuncture or Massage Therapy. Don't site for Long Periods, keep Moving! Try Heat Pads. (I discovered these and the reasons they work from Zavrins Back Guide site )

Great video content! Apologies for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you researched - Proutklarton Enjoy Playing Plan (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is an awesome exclusive guide for relieving back pain in just 16 minutes without the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical results with it.

I am super not flexible for some reason, and I have been frustrated countless times in my life when I try to follow instructions for a stretch but I just CAN'T do it. Stretches like this that have a range where I can "make it my own" like you said are a lifesaver. Bless you both!

I developed lower arthritis in my spine and hips a year ago. So painful it would wake me from my sleep. I've been doing this routine for a year. Almost a little pain at times, but all I have to do is stretch and wow I'm better. No pain meds at all. I am so grateful, sending you Blessings.

At this point I usually pause the video and if I have time spend 10 or 15 mins stretching at different angles. I run hills and those muscles need the stretching. This video is fantastic and helped me to recover from an L4 L5 prolapsed disc that disabled me for 10 months. Thanks Hasfit. I'm a patron now.

this was easily the Greatest informative and fun stretching video I’ve done without pausing or skipping ahead. I’m 6”5 and lean. hip and back issues from multiple motorcycle crashes but for two years to date I’ve been stretching before bed and I couldn’t find a channel that is as focused on the movements I tend to do more then others. Thank you! And patreon here I come! 🙏

I was diagnosed with the beginning stages of arthritis on my back. I get random pain in my lower back that sometimes makes it difficult to walk, sit, or get comfortable trying to lay down. Doing this really helped alíviate the tension I felt in my lower back. I feel so relaxed after feeling discomfort for almost an entire day.

Hello, I had severe Backpain today after coming from gym, so I was searching for lower back pain relief exercises and found yours . Is my lower back too far gone? Read the comments and had great expectations. The instructors made things simple to follow and were great motivators. BUT I couldn’t do a few of the stretches (I know…make them your own, but pain is a cruel master), and more importantly, I was having spasms and crawling for a cushy chair after I passed the half way point. Feel worse than when I started. Very happy this helps people, just wish I were one of them.

Simple and straight-forward. Love how you lead me through the stretches, safely and slowly; and even tell me I'm doing a great job! 🙂 I've worked from home at a computer all day since covid and I'm trying get out of what I call my "covid stagnation". I've been prone to lower back pain due to a snow skiing injury 15 years ago. I was able to follow along with your video. The stretches feel great. And, I definitely plan on repeating on a regular basis. I also look forward to checking out HASfit more. Thanks so much for the video and excellent instruction.

People who wonder if it works??? Yes it does work!! Believe me these strechs helped me a lot. I could stand and run with my two inches long heels for at least 5 hours. I didn't feel a thing.. neither had any pain in my legs the next day!!
