I’m glad they’re able to turn these comments into motivation, but damn people really expect perfection from normal people’s bodies. Hi Browney. You probably don’t remember me but I posted a comment a few months ago about how your channel helped inspire me on my fitness journey. Just wanted to give you an update that I’ve lost 16kgs so far and I’m under 100kgs for the first time in years. I’ve also gone from being so out of shape that I would get tired walking up a flight of stairs to walking 15-20k steps per day on average just to get around. Thanks to your channel for helping keep me inspired and motivated that you can and will see progress if you just put in effort every day!

Thank you Browney for being one of my inspirations and reasons for liking to workout I lost over 28lbs(33 to be exact) and doing my romanian and sumo squads with 44lbs in total dumbells feels so powerful rn and I was suffering with a hormonal disorder for 4 years and I couldn't get any periods without the pills however I finally managed to get it without any pills I am so grateful of what you're doing.
