I'm on the same page. I recently came back from a trip, and then my sister was in an accident, so all my routines are a vague memory. This week I started trying to pick up all the good habits that used to be my non-negotiables. As for upcoming videos, I'd love tips on scheduling (and adapting when life gets in the way), plus I've been waiting for a Notion video since you mentioned you were interested in making one!

I’m right there with you on being in a rut, and not taking proper care of myself like I should be. I just got back from a 1 week vacation to my home state, for a family wedding, and I had way too many bad foods, and adult beverages, plus I didn’t exercise, drink enough water each day, or hit my daily 10,000 steps. I got back on Tuesday, and immediately got back into my healthy food plan, exercise, hitting my 10,000 steps, and making sure I am getting enough sleep. Happy belated birthday! 🎉❤ My birthday was on October 10th!! After 2 days of staying consistent, I already feel better. I start a new 12 week CUT program on October 23rd, so I am so excited! This will take me through all of the holidays, which lines up perfectly! I am making a homemade vegetable soup this coming weekend using soup bones to enhance more flavor. I absolutely love Fall for soup season. 🍲 Your dog is adorable!! Thank you for this vlog!

I LOVE that show!!! I'm about 2 episodes from the end of it and have been really, really enjoying it. I love trying to solve the puzzles alongside them - ha!

Omg Yesssss we are on the last two episodes also! It had us on the edge of our seats trying to figure it out also. The puzzles and the drama is a fun combo!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽 btw thanks for this video it came at perfect timing! You seem to always be in my wavelength ☺️I’ve also been in a weird rut and trying to get back into routine too since I just got married in July as well and my birthday is coming up too so it’s kinda like clockwork. Glad I’m not the only one, now I’m inspired ☺️

Thank you for sharing! I have also been in a bit of a rut lately with the weather changing, so I needed some extra motivation! 💪 I also noticed that the bouquet you showed early in the vid might have lilies in it? I read recently that they are dangerous to have around cats - sorry if I am being nosy or my flower identification skills are no good! 😳 and I’m definitely gonna try that protein coffee, that’s a great idea!

Hi Katie! I absolutely love your content and the way you explain your thought process about cooking/planning/etc. You clearly work so hard to have things together and I really admire your willingness to admit low points/ruts 😊 this video came at a great time for me-just went through a major life change and have been very insular and unorganized because if everything isn’t “perfect” I feel like I can’t be my best self, so I don’t even try! So silly 😅 re: vlogmas-that sounds like a ton of work. I would still like some vlogs during that time! I follow another creator who does vlogmas by week instead of by day. She compiles things into 5/7 days and talks about her grocery planning, what she’s drinking and eating, and cleaning, gardening, etc. I’m sure just having us along on daily chores would be nice! You’re a very inspirational person to have in the background while getting your life back on track!!❤

When you said, "if everything isn’t 'perfect' I feel like I can’t be my best self, so I don’t even try", this resonated with me SOOOO much. I definitely have an all-or-nothing mentality sometimes (read: ALL of the time), so I definitely relate. I'm so happy you're enjoying the content and are here to spend time with me! We've got this

Have you considered a SAD lamp? I always hit my funk start of October and it is amazingly helpful to keep me functioning. Not disagreeing with your reasons but the darkness could also be impacting on you.
