A dish that recreates the delicious tomato pork skewers I ate at a restaurant called "Doma Doma" one day.
The key is tomato varieties and boiling. Regular tomatoes are of course delicious, but cherry tomatoes have a richer flavor and are better suited for cooking. If the tomato is not boiled, it will lost flavor when it is grilled.
Once it's fully grilled to bring out the aroma of the pork belly, it's seasoned with white wine and soy sauce.

2 / cherry tomatoes
2 / siso
1 / pork belly slice
to taste / soy sauce (for seasoning)
to taste / white wine (for seasoning)
some / balsamic sauce…Boiled balsamic vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce until reduced to half.
