INGREDIENTS LIST:
1 cup or 213g long grain jasmine rice
1 1/4 cup or 300 mL water
2 tbsp white sesame seeds (toasted)
1 small yellow onion
3 medium sized garlic cloves
4 medium sized chicken breast (2 lbs or 1kg)
3 tbsp lite soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp water
4 large garlic cloves
.8 oz or 23g ginger root
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water
1 lb or 454g frozen edamame that have ben deshelled
Each Meal
120g rice
105g edamame
186g chicken and onion mix
Cook chicken to internal temp of 165 F or 73 C
