I forget the exact range, but your IAC seems high. I've got mine around 5 on an International 345 (obviously different from your engine) and it idles and runs like a champ with no psi adjustments.

Range should be 2-15% in neutral, fully warmed up. Obviously will be higher when in gear or cold. In reality, it’s not that critical. Just more efficient to have it set correctly.
