Thrify's ice cream counter was located inside Sprouse Ritz stores when I was young and they had the best ice cream ever 🤤🤤🤤 ice cream brands either get mint chip really right or really wrong and Baskin Robbins is pretty yummy 👍

I'm definitely a clean as I go too. Especially when I'm baking. Everything kinda goes everywhere so I have to do it. What we do is once the football game or our domino game is over we all pack to go plates then we pack up the leftovers for us and everyone helps clean what's left. Last year I had to yell at a couple of em to help. And because we were always the "swinging door" home the rule was: Once you have been in my home more than once I ain't helping you no more. If you're hungry go eat something. Thirsty? Go look in the fridge. I am not your maid/chef you got 2 hands lol.

What people consider should go into a dishwasher should actually go down the garbage disposal, and what people consider should go down the garbage disposal should go into compost, what people put into compost should be put into waste bins (for professional composting)or outside compost, etc. Even then, people don't understand the hazards of mixing the wrong types of things into compost or how to properly take care of it.

I have an avocado tree so maybe I just think differently but when I see the price of avo or add on prices, I’m like, “Never! I’m broke, bitch.” But when I was a child, my mom used to sprinkle some sugar on the avocado and it’s good but that was the only way I would eat it when I was a child. And as I grew older, I was embarrassed that I’d only eat it differently and I was very aware how childish it was. So when I was around 19 or 20, I consciously & purposely (and slowly) weaned off the sugar on my avos 😂 But then I picked up drinking which got be eating savory anyway so that helped me eat avocados like a true adult. I’m a big girl now

fun fact, dishwashers aren't actually meant to "wash" your dishes, it *sanitizes* them. There should not be any visible food smears, crumbs, or smudges on your dishes going into the dishwasher. You should absolutely be washing your dishes before putting them in. Honestly the ideal dish washing routine would be to dish-wash after a few uses (and hand washing in between).
@therese4089
@therese4089 8 ай бұрын
It seems well intentioned, but this is false. Your dishes MUST absolutely be dirty for the dishwasher detergent to do its job. Many brands even discourage you from rinsing/pre-washing on the packaging itself, as not having bits on the dishes reduces how effectively the detergent can clean the dishes. Furthermore, it inhibits the cleaning process for the dishwasher itself, dishwasher manufacturers also have videos on how to use and pack their dishwashers and usually mention the dishes should be soiled! If there aren't enough particles on them, the dishwasher can't do its job as effectively either. I think you may be thinking of an autoclave? In which case you'd need to wash the dishes prior to sanitising them. In conclusion: PLEASE DO NOT PREWASH OR RINSE YOUR DISHES IF THEY'RE GOING INTO THE DISHWASHER. Unless you like handwashing your dishes, in which case, hand wash, and skip the dishwasher completely!
