People judging frosty or NRG off this podcast need to think carefully. There were internal issues that led to him getting kicked. Hearing one side of the story will always cause bias.

i've always thought it was beneficial to practice beyond a series. so if the max series length is 7 games you should practice 8 or 9 games in a block because at a LAN each series is FAR more exhausting than when you're just sitting back at home nothing at stake. in order to make sure you have the endurance to go a full 7 and then potentially a full 7 after that in a next series carrying your own exhaustion, dota 2, starcraft 2, etc. players usually mention exactly how grueling the schedule of an intense major/world championship is. to make a sports comparison you would want to condition beyond what you exactly need to make sure you can account for the added adrenaline in your system which can be especially grueling if you have to play an intense series have a break and then turn it back on again for a next series a couple hours later after the adrenaline has left your system, doing this on back to back to back days is intense on both the mind and body.

High ping is chalked honestly, before i moved i was playing 140 on Eu and 200 on NA in Nigeria. Especially in gc and up you basically have to predict alot in that fast paced gameplay 😅

I disagree with Johnny and CJCJ when they say that G2 are the peaking team and GenG are the consistent team. I think it's the other way around.
