This is something I put in my mindset and philosophy of training or life in general, learning from mistakes and having auto feedback. Imagine you lose against and opponent, instead of crying, learn what you make wrong, train like a beast and become better.

I've been through some tough times but I'm on the other side of it. but I see how my message came across. I meant more in the sense that it is "uncomfortable" to be alone with my own thoughts and I use distractions such as social media to avoid it. I'm putting more conscious effort into forcing myself to face my thoughts. whether through meditation, journaling, or just letting myself be bored and okay with it. Like a dopamine diet. Anyway, I appreciate the motivation from both of you!
