Finally someone says that no matter how hard and much you train, it doesn't do jack if you don't change your diet.
@pineapplelollipop1074Ай бұрын
Diet def helps, but you’re wrong on the doing nothing without it. If you keep diet then same and start working out, you will gain muscle, and start losing weight. You won’t gain as much muscle or lose as much weight as with a better diet, but it will def help.

Crunches 1 min, bicycles 1 min, single leg reaches 1 min, arm crunches 1 min, russian twists 1 min, toe touches 1 min, 6 inch hold 1 min, and reverse crunches for 1 minute. 2 sets of that and at the end of the second do reverse crunches either till fail or for 5-10 minutes. You'll learn to hate it and then learn to love it all over again once you see the results

Floor work for abs is a good place to start. Especially if you're starting out overweight. Yes, you will target the core and you can get stronger over time but that will quickly plateau and you'll be spinning your wheels and basically doing cardio. If you're beyond the absolute beginner stage then you're going to want to use something you can progressively overload like the weighted ab crunch or the hanging leg raise. There's a 3rd option but it's extremely difficult called the candle stick. There is a road to progression with this too but the weight cable ab crunch and the hanging leg raise is probably the goto.
