It is ok to have upto 100 grams fiber a day. By slowly raising the amount.

Very nicely explained by Dr sahab. Fiber is not only hero ,but our Commander in Chief thus protects us from many life threatening diseases including cancers, Strokes, Heart attacks, type 2 diabetes. Dementia etc. My wife cooks for me 3 times a week. Boiled carrots,Beets and French beans,very tasty with Amul cream She cooks a week vegetables loaded Khhichadi with Gujrati Kadhi .
