But getting out of it was the best thing I ever did for myself and never have I ever once regretted the decision. I’ve been single ever since and it gets lonely sometimes but it’s so much better than all the emotions, anxiety, and pain I was put through. If anyone who’s in a toxic relationship is reading this rn. I am telling you please leave. You are worth so much more. The universe is abundant. They are not the last person on earth, you deserve so much more and you’ll meet people who are willing to treat you so much better and love you for you

Hello, Alessia. I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. This video reached me and touched me so deeply that I'm sitting here in my room crying while watching it. I struggled with so many things throughout my life, from abusive parents to bullying at school, and I tried to reach out for help but never received it. And even today, when I talk about my trauma, people try to downplay it by saying that what I went through wasn't that big of a deal. Despite all of this, I started to notice my own feelings more in the past few years and I realized that I was raised to believe that suffering was my purpose. That I needed to suffer in order to be a good person, and that all good people go through hell with a smile. But that's not true, I don't need to suffer in order to be a good person or to be worthy. I will start unlearning all of these beliefs that I've grown up with because they are wrong. It will be a hard journey, and I might even ask myself if it's worth it to go down this path. But I know that I deserve to feel happy and peaceful, and that love should be a supportive and nurturing experience, not painful or hurtful. Thank you, Alessia, for giving me the courage to speak out and for helping me see that my feelings matter. You've inspired me to start changing my beliefs and I won't stop until I feel true happiness in my heart.

I was in a toxic abusive relationship for 3 years, only two months ago he changed drastically and started to apologize about how badly he treated me and saying that it will never happen again. Mind you I was head over heels in love with him and when I heard that he was willing to change it gave me hope. Last month I had to break up with him.. because the sudden change was cause by him somehow going crazy because of excessive weed consumption. It feels weird how I thought that everything was going to workout. We had such a lovely night the day he told he was willing to change.. but that wasn’t even him talking. It was just whatever of him was left there. I guess I am still tangled in the web of this breakup. But this video helped me somehow :). Thank you Alessia

I really have trusted many wrong people in my life at a very young age. Marriage, love, friendship was something I always loved. I am such a lover. But the person I was in love with didn't care about anything but the power he had over me . I was way too beautiful for him. He knew it . That gave him the audacity to treat me like shit . I regret so many things honestly . I am hurt to a point where I can't trust anyone anymore . I don't want to. For Someone who was all for love to suddenly becoming a person who don't believe in love anymore . I don't know when will I recover from this . When will I be able to love again ? But one thing for sure, this has made me realize that the greatest relationship I will ever have is with myself . I am learning to cherish this fact for now.❤

I am so proud of myself for living this one guy whom i liked . I liked him ( but it isnt easy to just get into a relationship instantly) when he was the one who needed it at instant . As first month passed he became toxic , abusive and a big critic who use fight everyday for the type of person i am for not making enough efforts or for talking24/7 . It became so much worse in second month , i felt stressed all the time , i use to get destructive thoughts which is when i realised it was so toxic . Just because i liked him doesnt mean i ll settle for his everyday trauma . A part of me was gone (the happy side ) which everyone around me noticed . Thats when i realised and decided to block him. I had to fix myself . I had to let it go . Because i deserve happiness and peace . I ll settle for the man who brings me peace and a safe place not a critic and abusive man. Thank you so much for making me realise it one more time ❤️🙌
