This helped me so much. Usually more confident with copper foil, but this video is encouragement to do a lead piece. Step by step presentation so helpful.

This was a very helpful video. I have experience making glass projects with the copper foil method, but had not tried a lead came project. After watching this I feel like it will better suit a couple of projects I have in mind. This showed quite a bit of useful technique information in a short time. Thanks.

Your speed and skill is impressive

Excellent tutorial. He is very efficient cutting the glass and working of the lead came. I must make a came cutter like what he uses. I've been using a nippers. No fuss soldering technique and I appreciate the rest of the finishing process. I wished the video wasn't so narrow. Some of his working is off camera.

Thanks for sharing. Why do you use white spirit instead of methylated spirits ? We were taught to use methylated spirit.

I never knew that lead knife existed! We were taught to cut with pliers which I knew it was not done well. Where May I find this knife you are using?
