I was having a big stomach, I lost 9.3 kgs in 1 month and I am having now four pack abs in just 24 days . I will do this for more 10 , then I will have six pack abs. My Diet Plan Breakfast Cornflakes K special . Do not eat so much as you have to loose weight. Lunch White Rice with pulses. Any pulses/daal you can take . Eat in less quantity than you eat generally. Evening One cup milk with 2 wheat biscuits sugar free Dinner One chappati with any vegetable except potato 🥔. Love from India

Its my 3rd week , i see alot of fat is boiled and it take 3 more weeks to get a perfect abs. This workout absolutely works man!!!!! Do not sit and see videos and thinking one day i will start doing workout don't do that ,just start doing it now or whenever you are free just do it man....! ALL THE BEST GUYS

Day 7 and i can see that I have more stronger abs and my chest has formed but my abs cannot be seen properly I will start working on obliques separately though because I need to work harder for them. But this is really affective and people who are reading this,if you are thinking to try this do it results are worth it and you feel happy and more confident with ur abs. I will edit on day 14 and I hope to go until day 100. (Btw I’m writing this so that when I come back on day 100 I will know I have made progress)

Can you please add in each exercise what should be avoided while we are at each drill ( like no arch in lower back i.e. back should be completely touching the floor , while doing leg lifts ) etc. Instead of the music you can add your points so that the follow along drills are done correctly . day 1 : pretty good just didn’t take breaks in between some of them day 2 : first exercise and felt my whole core hurting but got thru it day 3: starting to see results it hurt less and so far so good

I have started it today... its pretty tough at first btw... I will update everyday. Day 2:- it feels easy today.. but there is pain in my body due to day 1 exercise Day 3:- my body is not paining today.. and exercise feels to be easier than first 2 days.. Day 4:- my body is less sore today and exercise seems to be easier. Day 5:- still no results.

iam come back on the video in 2 years leater. this was very effective exercise for all this will hard on 2 or 3 weak but i continued it and now i would have a good result so work hard for your aim❤💪

I'm 14 and I lost 10 pounds of belly fat and my abs were showing after doing this 14-day program. It really helped out a lot for getting slimmer I also stuck to a low carb low-fat diet and it worked perfectly thank you @The Gainz Center - Home Workouts. Edit Imma also try to do all your programs and see how I turn out. Ill give you feedback of how it went.

Heres more about the progress I started doing as the program told but then around day 10 I did 3x that I should do. I alsohad already lost the body fat off of the Lower body, Arms, and face. i just specifically had belly fat and fat on my pelvic area I stuck to the fat to fit program and the six pack in 21 days program and had a 600 calorie - 1000 calorie diet everyday I didn't take rest days nor ate something fatty (except when losing fat anywhere else other then the belly to not look skinny) but somedays a lean protein diet and somedays a 600 calorie day (do not do because of side effects. Ive been doing it for the last couple days not overeating so I kinda ignore the hunger) But that's the progress of all that it took in 14 days witch is better then having to lose fat in 2 months just by eating nothing.

Abs is a minor muscle group which means it can recover quicker than other muscles like chest and back. Hence it is fine to train abs everyday

Okay, so I've seen a lot of comments given over here who are trying to give updates, but now have stopped. So, I'm here to give a regular update, although it is my 4th day today so sorry for that. Kindly note that I did only 1 set of these exercises for the 1st three days, but I'm going to do 2 sets of these exercises from day 4. I'm also following a calorie deficit diet as well. And yeah, I'm in the 10th and my boards are going on so incase if I miss a day, please don't think I'm faking all of this okay. Thank you. Update: Day 1: My entire belly felt dead, and I realised how weak I am, but really felt the burn. And legs are dead as well. Day 2: Did a bit better than day 1 but still my belly hurt alot. Again, legs are dead ☠️ Day 3: Felt much much much better and stronger than the previous day's. Belly did hurt but not as much as it did on the 1st two days. Now, for my legs, didn't hurt that much as well as compared to the previous day's. Day 4: I'm feeling refreshed and better day by day and I'm starting to see the results already. Not alot tho, but everyone did say I look a little thinner than before, which I can see my self. Belly fat has burnt quite alot which I can see. Legs didn't hurt at all this time, just a little. But after doing 2 sets I feel them hurting a bit just like it did on the 3rd day. Day 5: Couldn't do the exercise today as I had to prepare for my tomorrow's examination. Day 6: Day 7: Both the above days, I couldn't do it Day 8: finally did the exercises again, and I felt better and refreshing. And this time, I didn't have any pains in both, my arms and legs Day 9: I can see the changes in my body already. Feeling better day by day

Ok I'm 14 and my weight is almost 60 and I'm about 5'6. So im gonna start this workout from today and update it every week let's see the difference Ok update i have done this exercise plus the hiit cardio and i can definitely see a large difference still gotta cont. this for even better results😁

Sure! Excited for your progress! Do stay consistent for 14 days and not give up after not seeing results after 3 days, You need to keep working out for 14 days if you want to see some changes!
