Please READ this box for more info. This video is your request to lose the Belly Pooch (and also Post-Prenancy Pooch). Here are 3 steps you will need to incorporate. First, your food intake plays a major part to a flat belly. Make sure to eat a healthy, well-balanced diet.

Second, is to do regular full body workouts, which include both cardio and strength training, at least 3 -- 4 times weekly.

And the third step is to do workouts, which train your Transverse Abdominis or your T Abs. This muscle is the deepest of all the abdominal muscles, and it holds everything in. So working on your T abs will not only contribute to a flat tummy, but is vital in preventing low back pain by stabilizing your spine and pelvis.
This is what the workout aims to do. Only 5:30 minutes long and I want you to do this workout 2 -3 times weekly for best result. It's going to be fun and sore! =)

*I Weighed 310 at my highest and 190 and my lowest (lost 120lbs! within 6 months) I had saggy bingo arms tho they werent even bad, **weightlose.fitness** i just lacked muscle and didnt work out. and could easily be toned by working out, which i have been doing and ive seen great results quick. I do have a lil extra pudge on my stomach and plenty of stretchmarks which have faded. Strength training is the best way to go for faster results, better results, and you'll love going to the gym more than if you were to do cardio alone. Do not worry about sagging skin - deal with it when you get there because you'll be way happier at your goal weight with some extra skin compared to where you begin!*

Is it normal that my back is in intense pain by the 3 round doing the leg lifts... I mean, I think that the easiest step from the whole workout but it hurts to the grade that I can't move so I have to stop for a few secs...

I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I bruised my legs and fell over at the hip twists, banged my head against the wall at the full extensions, scratched my foot and making it bleed at the elevated leg lifts, and I heard something crack in my back at the flutter kicks BUT I WILL GET THROUGH THIS I WILL GET SKINNY :D

I started toning my stomach since like October of 2014 and I'm just now seeing a huge change. The key is persistence! Try to do this at least 3x a week like Joana says. I honestly couldn't be any happier with my results

+Dawn Gray Of course! I do her kickboxing video 3 times a week and the belly pooch video 3 times a week. I also count my calories using my fitness pal app on Android. Her recipes helped me to lose the extra 7 lbs I was trying to lose. I simply write down the recipes as she goes over them in her KZfaq videos. it's definitely worth the effort.

This workout routine does not burn belly fat, it builds your abdominal muscles , for belly fat loss try cardio , mainly jogging and cutting out sugar, try eating a healthy diet . I also recommend drinking a cup of Lipton green before going to bed , hot , warm or even iced. Hot has greater results though.Yes it may make you get up in the middle of the night to go pee lol but it really works. I lost 20lbs by doing this for a month .

Sophia G. As it was three years ago, I don’t do this workout anymore and I have moved onto harder intense workouts. But I think I used to do this workout twice a day, in the morning before breakfast and at night before bed. However, I was also dieting and doing a lot of cardio which lead me to lose a lot of weight as well as my belly pooch but as I was a 12 year old at the time, that was an unhealthy weight. I have recovered now and I have still kind of managed to eliminate my belly pooch. At the end of the day, everyone is different and this workout can work instantly for others but just do what’s best for you 😊

I felt the hip twists in my back and not in my abs at all. Hurt my back a lot. But the full extensions did a number on my abs.

Madyson Reed if you're not keeping your core optimally activated, your back will compensate for the effort that should be going straight to your abs! if it's really hurting even if you tighten your belly, maybe try to modify the workout a little until you gain that ab strength -- don't hurt yourself!!

+Shaza Osman There is no "fast way" to lose belly fat or fat in general... It takes time. Also, you don't want to be over exercising.

+Madyson Reed I agree with Anastasia. Always try to touch your belly button to your spine. It is impossible but that is what helps me keep my core activated no matter what workout I am doing. It significantly reduced pain for me, especially side aches. I was better able to breath too. Pilates is what helped me realize that I was not activating my core when working out.

Now I workout regularly, but I never diet. I'm no glutton, but I eat what I want. I've tried a number of workouts over the years, and no easy ones. But this is by far the best. You see results immediately. I've done Jillian's 6-week 6pack and this one is better. It give you results in two weeks (I lost an in in fat and my abs became a lot more defined), it's quicker, more intense and to the point. So thank you Joanna Soh! Your workouts are always legit.

Wow, girl you are a really awesome kind of crazy! I made it through the whole thing, but was burning! I love the timer it helped me not give up and I really LOVE how you built each exercise on top of the others, so smart. I enjoy your vids when I need motivation :)

This is one of my favourite workouts. I try to do it 4-5 times weekly and I combine it with a waist workout by Tiffany Rothe. You and Tiffany are both great instructors

+no name I did it for about 2 1/2 months- no cardio or anything and I didn't change my diet that much & my lower stomach was significantly smaller!!! my muffin top shrunk too! I can't imagine how fast you'll lose the belly fat if you do cardio and eat healthy!

Your videos have helped me a lot .i do this workout and the other workout (for flat tummy ) along with cardio almost everyday .its very effective and I could see results in less than a month.

Wow! This is exactly what I have been looking for, not only because my pooch is exactly what I am now focusing on, but because I hate ab exercises more than anything else. This targets my entire abdomen including my lower back! It's short, doable, and hits a lot of wanted targets in a short time period. This I CAN do well 3x a week.

These videos are extremely helpful! By doing these simple workouts once or twice everyday I can improve my core strength and loose the weight I need to. I also enjoy your nutritional videos for they help keep me motivated to stay healthy. One thing I've been having to deal with is my lack of sleep. If there's anything I should know on how to successfully control my sleeping pattern throughout the year please make a video! Thanks again for the tips and tricks! You're a great motivator!

Love this workout! I try to do this workout a few times a week. Every time I do the full extensions it's hard because it seem impossible for my back to stay flat on the ground :(

This is really hard to do even the first 30 sec. I am thinking to start doing it 30 sec 5 times a week for a week, then add more every week. I think it is the only way to make my body able to do it.

I've been doing full body work out plus a 10 min ab work out for at least 5 days a week, my upper abdomen is starting to take shape but I can't seem to get rid of the lower belly pooch. I'm really hoping this routine will help with that. Starting this from tomorrow.Feeling hopeful😊

i love this workout! its quick so i can do it every day, even if i have school and work. i most def have seen results. i have a small waste, so my pooch was a lot more apparent. now my tummy is almost flat as an ironing board. thank you so much joanna!!!

i used to do this about 4-5 times a week. as for the results, I would say after 3 weeks I started seeing some. Of course, I did a few other work outs and ate healthy-ish, so three weeks might be a bit too soon for some.

I have a rather slim figure, I'm just unhappy with my stomach because it has that little pooch lol. I'm really just looking to flatten my stomach and maybe tone my abs a little. will this workout help me? (as well as maintaining a healthy diet of course)

Started doing this today. I try to do it 3-4 times a week depending on my other exercises but I try to stick up with this at least a month and see what kind of results it gives. I guess I should try to post here every week my results to stay motivated :D

I haven't been able to do this so often, because I was sick. But now I'm doing it again. I have done her other videos as well and I think a have lost fat a bit. I wasn't very huge so the change wouldn't be so big anyway but I think her videos do work. I try to do this now more often so I can say more about the results.
