CREAMY SHRIMP PASTA

🍶1/2 cup pasta water (reserved from cooking pasta)
🥑4 Tbsp avocado oil
🦐1 lb Argentinian Red Shrimp, (or your favorite large shrimp) peeled and deveined
🧅1 shallot, minced
🧄3 garlic cloves, minced
🧈2 Tbsp unsalted butter
🍗1/2 cup chicken broth
🥛3 cups heavy whipping cream
🧀2 cups Asiago cheese, grated
🧂Salt and pepper to taste
🌱1/4 cup Italian flat leaf parsley, minced
🧀Asiago cheese, grated for topping
🍋Zest and juice of 1 lemon
