0:28 - Bring the egg to room temp and line a baking pan
2:29 - Prepare the honey syrup and sift bread flour
3:47 - Whisk the eggs and sugar.
4:27 - Add the syrup
4:36 - Add the flour
4:54 - Fold the batter
5:04 - Pour the batter into the baking pan
5:28 - Bake for 2 minutes, and then mix for 1 minute - repeat this process 4 times
6:33 - On the 4th/final time, remove the clips and run the skewer
