INGREDIENTS
32 oz. Velveeta
16 oz. ground pork sausage
8 oz. cream cheese
20 oz. (2 cans) Rotel diced tomatoes & green chiles
1 tomato diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp seasoning
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat grill to 250 degrees with hickory over indirect heat. Brown ground sausage in skillet, applying seasoning.
2. In a 9x11 foil pan, combine all ingredients (Velveeta, ground sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, tomato, green bell pepper, and garlic.
3. Place on grill for one hour, stirring once or twice during the process. Remove and serve immediately.
