How To Meditate And Clear Your Mind - Hello everyone, in this video I share 4 ways to meditate and clear your mind. I have learned these 4 meditation techniques from Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and they are the foundation of mindfulness meditation. In this week's video, you will learn how to meditate and focus your mind, how to relax and reduce stress and anxiety.
I always practice these 4 breathing exercises in my daily meditation.
You will learn how to meditate to relax your mind but also your body. The mind and the body are connected. When you relax one, you also relax the other. The first 2 exercises apply to the breath while the last 2 apply to the body.

In all honesty, bring your attention to your breath then body can be 80% of your practice. The rest can be gratitude or other practices. The good thing about meditation is that most practices are within each others :) Keep it simple! So glad you found my channel and that we can share about it!

Those are beautiful breathing exercises! I had a beautiful meditation today focusing on a long outbreath after a wim hof breathing session. Pure silence. Pure bliss ❤️🙏🏽

Oh nice, I have heard of wim hof a lot but I haven't looked in depth about this breathing technique. Glad it's working for you Vergo!

The feeling of anxiety bring my thoughts to become unordenade and concentrate after this point is impossible. But, it is because (probably), I have too little time practicing meditation.

@@eduardocunha7628 I see, yes you may be right. Keep on practicing, come back to your breathing and maybe try increasing the amount of time you practice. For example, for me these days, I need a good 20 mins of sitting before I can feel settled. In the next few weeks, I will share other meditation practices that are very enjoyable and can help ease the anxiety. Keep it going, it well worth it.

After 6 month of practicing meditation also mind chatter is not at all stopped. Why it happens?

Hi Thulasi, well you know for me, mind chatter happens a lot too and that is the case for most people. These exercises help to reduce or stop the thinking maybe for 3 breaths, sometimes 10 breaths. But sooner or later, the mind will wander again and we practice again coming back to the breath. So it's a bit like ... silence, mind wanders, silence .. mind wanders ... In the next few weeks, I will share other meditation practices that can help with mind chatter. In my own experience, my mind wanders off too, but i don't get bothered by it anymore. I just come back to my breathing, and I don't have expectation. Also, it's important to have a formal practice like sitting meditation but it's equally important to practice being present throughout the day in our daily activities like washing the dishes, cooking, eating ... Just keep it going, enjoy it (I think you will like the next 2 videos on joy and happiness and another one of feeling fresh and solid). Let me know if this helps!
