In this week's video, you will learn how to meditate and focus your mind, how to relax and reduce stress and anxiety.
I always practice these 4 breathing exercises in my daily meditation.
You will learn how to meditate to relax your mind but also your body. The mind and the body are connected. When you relax one, you also relax the other. The first 2 exercises apply to the breath while the last 2 apply to the body.
