Such great advice and wisdom Bronwyn!! I've been there ....and learning how to 'manage in' as well as 'manage out' is HUGELY important. Wish I'd had you as my coach when I was still in the 9-5 workforce.

I would have a question: the "morning pages" can I write them in another part of day? I am asking this due to the fact that every morning is hectic with 2 small children and I really need sleep to function. I can find time to write after I put the children to bed.
