This video shows you how to install a new harmonic balancer from TRQ on your 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler. For many vehicles, the harmonic balancer not only helps balance the engine, but also drives the accessory belt. If your engine is vibrating, or belts are slipping, you might need a new harmonic balancer.

you shouldn't use the balancer nut to retighten the balancer on, it's only there to keep things in place once it's on. most puller kits will also come with a nut or tool to force the new balancer back on. tightening it with that nut can deform the washer or damage the threads inside the crankshaft, which would be a nightmare to fix properly.

whyd you put an old a55 balancer on? that thing looks like its on its last leg, the other pulleys also on their way out. sheesh

If the threaded shaft that goes in the center of the puller would be half the length, or maybe even shorter, the radiator would not have to be removed. That damn thing is way too long.
