With Charge master v1.24 it is stuck on Firmware screen and shuts down automatically before I can press Checking For New Version button

Please add support for this to run in a Windows virtual machine in VirtualBox in Linux. I was unable to get the USB HID interface to the charger forwarded from the Linux host to the Windows VM, even though I've successfully gotten this to work on other devices like the Mobius Camera. Or, better yet: just provide a native Linux tool as well.

Note that your B6neo charger has major issues. A ton of them are dying for people. I'm getting the "Connection Break!" error now permanently and I haven't even done a single full charge on the brand new unit yet. I've seen others with this issue or broken fans on up to 4 out of 5 B6neo units they own.

Hi! You need to update the manual pdf you have on website! In the manual it does not say to hold the '+' and '-' buttons when plugging in the usb cable. I was very confused until I found this video where it says i have to hold the buttons when plugging in :)
