We have all been in a Lose - Lose (No Win) Scenario, also known as a catch 22 or a damned if you do damned if you don’t situation. I never discredit spirituality based on humanity nature... I have learnt this lesson very well now and still learning... Its a hard to crunch and swallow for many peopld but i know the value of crying when its absolutely beyond limits. Its seen as sign of weakness. Thats why many people loose touch with their emotions and actually turn to narcissism on a very high scale... Sexuality is seen not oart of spiritualism when it is the most importanf aspect and well respected one. We must not let anyone hurt us spiritually, in any manner... Thanks for thiz video Teal Swan. 2 years later- but, divine timing at work here! Thank you & spot on. Just went thru all of this. What I felt was a lose lose scenario, was actually a blessing & necessary. My thinking or lack of (limited perception) was what kept me stuck. Today, a realization enlightened me and wow I'm so thankful for that! DAMN Mark!!! A billion thumbs up to ya!!! Your simple, brief but oh so impactful comment actually made me tear up cuz I was suddenly hit with: This dude mark is so right -- pretty or beautiful people DO have to endure much pain -- seemingly more than unattractive ppl -- in order to simply incarnate -- (you probably have a specific meaning for that word but my spiritual-freshman mind takes it to mean (in my case anyway!) an incarnation from eg,a model to one who wants to be taken more seriously. Also i think others feel a right to judge and pick apart pretty ppls' looks or rejoice in any perceived loss of their beauty gift. Pretty ppl in my humble opinion must work much harder to be taken seriously/respected/ thought worthwhile for our ideas; almost as if that green monster in others is maybe whispering in their ear: "They've got too much. Too many gifts from God. They can't both walk in head to toe beauty AND have wisdom AND live pure kindness AND have a knee-slappin gift of humor all at the same time!!!' (btw don't ya love it when Teal's being her silly and funny and off the cuff side?.!!! I know I sure do!! @@carissacarisma9668 thanks for the cheers, m’ Lady. The Sufis see God, not as all powerful or any of that, but as Beauty itself. Rumi, the great Sufi poet-mystic helped me to find that God of Beauty, primarily in my most private thoughts. You obviously have endured Beauty’s pain; what Gibran calls “the pain of too much tenderness”. I loved a beautiful woman in my twenties and watched her suffer hatred and jealousy from friend and stranger alike for no other reason than she was so lovely to behold. She turned to alcohol and burned her beauty down same as any hated house. You described her pain precisely. I gather then that Nature has poured out her gifts onto you. Perhaps Rumi will soothe your soul as he does mine? Beautiful-God-Eternal shines brightest in a beautiful woman. As Teal said in an earlier video “Nothing is more exciting than a beautiful woman.” Who would not agree? I think Teal is a reincarnated Master who chose a beautiful appearance in order to be heard. I wonder how often she has felt the pain you have described? Anyway, thanks for your comment on mine. Any kindness shared is the very kiss of God upon our human necks. Cheers to you, m’ Lady!

Dear Teal! While standing on the edge of the abyss, not finding anything worth to continue for, I came across with your work just a few weeks ago. After decades of reasonably well working coping mechanism, I find myself in total despair, and helplessness, pondering the quick solution on bad days. Listening to and understanding the different approaches (from ancient science to modern), I felt your deep understanding, knowledge, empathy, and straitforwardness in each and every video you made. My caracterisation would be authentic, and hope this tells everithing! It is thereatening how a seemingly harmless family environment still programs you to the "you are not good enough" state, not talking about the supressions, and the underestanding of the feelings in general. It is fearful that man can not even trust his only compass, (emotions) when due to supression you are not even aware of whether your compass shows the direction relative to your "true" self or to your "fabricared" self. It would be grate if you can further ellaborate on this issue so once someone figured out the feeling how can you make sure that this is relative to your true self and not another screw to the wrong direction. So I am about to start this journy... hope I am not taking the wrong direction... With much love: S.

Thank you! This was exactly what I needed last week - fortunately I was able to do some parts work and consciously choose the lesser of the two, which I wouldn't have done previously. I hadn't paid attention to the detail about conflicting needs (kind of difficult mid panic attack lmao) but will definitely use this in retrospect to see what I can learn, you are completely correct about the heat being turned up when you freeze. It was one of the most intense weeks I've had in recent months/years(?!) where every time I felt like I'd found a creative way out, things became worse and worse and worse at such a rapid rate that I felt like I was being toyed with 😂 Making the better choice was incredibly difficult, but the freedom of doing it was a lesson in and of itself. Appreciate the video as always, definitely making me step back and evaluate all of the lose lose situations I've been trying to delay.

I have been in a lose lose situation for about a year now. It got me depressed for the first six months of that situation. I have been feeling a lot better for a while now, I have accepted the situation and decided what to do about it recently. I came across this video after I made my choice. I´m not going to tell my story here, but watching this video has made me feel like I´m making the right choice. So all I can say is thank you for sharing your wisdom! Just want to add that a lose lose situation dealt with appropriately will force you to grow and make you braver.

Your brilliant. Being a spiritual master doesn't mean that your perfect. Plus it takes a strong person to shoe their vulnerability. You don't need to prove any thing to any one and don't take persolaly peoples progections. You just mirror back their limits and that makes them feel inadeguate but it's not your problem. Oh my god Teal... I was JUST THINKING about that exact same analogy just yesterday!....The one about the pressure on coal turning it into a diamond.... I've been under sooooo much pressure lately, I was trying to think of some potential positive side to it, and was thinking "maybe I'm being made into the human equivalent of diamond! Just a random passing thought...A way to bring some humor, and helpful analogies into the mix......I just find it so interesting that you'd mention this within 24 hrs of when I was thinking it. AND I was ALSO having that same thought process about all of the various phrases we use for the same type of situation...."Double-Bind" is the one I tend to prefer only because it's one that is recognized as a "real" thing in psychology...But "Damned if you do, damned if you don't"...or another personal favorite "Heads I win, Tails you lose".... all of these really drive the point home.... I think you're either reading my mind or I'm reading yours...or we are somehow "attuned" in some "woo woo" way..... I've had similar experiences with other people when I get seriously onto their "wavelength" (for lack of a better word) You, dear Teal, are a gift in my life.... Pretty much the only "regular" validation I get of what I already know...I know better than to share with everyone else in my sphere....
