Lovely video - includes a lot of my own favourite things - wild camping, watching the hinds with their young, then spotting the stags. I've only done it with a camera in Scotland, and doubt I'd make the shot if I was armed to be honest, but would love to learn how to grolloch and butcher in the field; it's shame YT seems not to like this isn't it? Thank you for taking the time to comment. It's very much like that. The longer you watch, the less likely you are to pull the trigger. How ever here in NZ we have no predators at all and the numbers get crazy very quickly. The government uses poison and helicopter culling!! I grew up in the highlands near Ullapool. I miss roaming those hills!

@@ChasetheWildNZ I appreciate the problem, having watched the wallaby video with Matt Dubber. I have shot a lot of rabbits and grey squirrels over here, and am a confirmed carnivore, but love watching wild life now as much as I loved shooting it then. Thanks for the reply!

Food and gear for 4 days. 6kg water even as there wasn't much up high. Tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, rain coat, puffer jacket, camera gear, drone, ammo. Tripod, first aid kit, knife, etc.. you get the point haha
