Hybrid training mixes strength training with running in your workout program but today we are just going for a run. Training in the hybrid style really does allow you to optimize your body composition as well as optimizing your performance and your overall health. Turning 28 years old I feel healthy and strong, and I feel like I can take on what life throws at me.
