Mike's making Chinese BBQ Pork (Char Siu, Char Siew Sauce)! Famous Cantonese BBQ Pork that we all know and that is so famous in China! Note this is not a cooking tutorial, but a cooking parody / cooking fail. This is a very authentic Chinese BBQ Pork Recipe, and is probably from some part of Guangdong in China since they're speaking Cantonese.
Anyway, it's not meant to be Chinese cooking instructional video, but just comedy. It's a freaking Kitchen Nightmare with us! Enjoy!
